Scarlett realized that a lifetime of Southern-Fried cooking had addled her wits. She was a survivor, tough, determined, and a wee bit ruthless—just like the rich red earth of Tara. But others had been less fortunate.
Guiltily, she recalled the obvious nutritional damage evident in Prissy. Plans for organizing an organic farming cooperative, free of toxic pesticides and antibiotics, began to form. The South MUST rise again, and Tara was the key!
Rhett would invest later. Or not.
